Pure Oils of Tasmania currently ships out of Hobart, Tasmania. Posting out every Tuesday and Friday.

Express shipping is a flat rate of $15 within Australia, interstate express shipping will generally take 2-4 days. 

You will receive tracking details when your order has been dispatched from our offices.

If gift packaging is requested we will happily pack the gifts in a box with tissue paper and a ribbon - please provide a note to the recipient in the notes at check out.

We will happily refund your order if you would like to return the good for some reason. Please send us an email and will will provide a shipping address for you and we will process the refund once we confirm the products have not been used or damaged. We do not cover return shipping costs.
